★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención no tienen idea de las medidas que el cliente necesita, entonces no recomiendo que se asesoren con las empleadas acerca de los metros cuadrados que se requieren digo no saber multiplicar metros con centímetros para obtener el aérea me parece muy delicado porque es su trabajo de todos los días pero con tal de vender piso hacen comprar al cliente.

Fui a comprar un producto y me pudieron recogerlo en frente y Después viceversa . No lo tenían y me hicieron ir en frente a cargarlo y perdí más de dos horas después ahí no lo tenían y me regresaron a cargar en frente y es un rodeo para cragar material

ME CLONARON MI TARJETA DE CREDITO; me entregaron un piso que no era del color que yo seleccioné, lo malo es que me di cuenta como 1.5 años después porque caía en una serie de problemas que no me permitieron continuar con la construcción sino hasta después de 18 meses (obvio, las cajas venían cerradas y a fin de poder ver el piso había que abrirlas, jamás imaginé que me habían entregado otro color).
Tienen muchos pisos en exhibición, pero casi ninguno en existencia.
Ni ganas tengo de volverme a asomar a esa tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super molesto, hice un pedido de mas de 40 mts de piso, llegaron caja y media rotos y una caja de otro piso, obvio no me los quisieron cambiar una tal Bety de almacen , por sus politicas segun, 0 atencion a cliente.
Hoy 25 enero tuve que regresar por un piso para que fuera igual, la srita me atendio muchisimo mejor, me cobraron, todo bien. Y pummmm 20 minutos en entregarme 3 cajas de piso y no tenían ningún otro cliente ya ni la chingan, se queda 1 estrella antes y no se las quito, por que no se puede.
