Después de dos días de estar marcando repetidas veces para solicitar una cotización (12 veces para ser exacto, de las cuales varias no me contestaron), casi tuve que rogar para que me la enviaran. Al parecer no le dan ni la mínima importancia al cliente, se la pasaron diciéndome que en media hora me la enviaban por dos días seguidos. Nunca la recibí. Increíble pero cierto.
The worst service you can imagine ... After two days of repeatedly dialing for a quote (12 times to be exact, several of which didn't answer me), I almost had to beg for it to be sent to me. Apparently they do not give the minimum importance to the client, they kept telling me that in half an hour they would send it to me for two days in a row. I never received it. Incredible but true.
