★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son de lo peor, se inventan cobros de mantenimiento por servicios que ni siquiera ofrecen y luego triplican esos cobros sin avisar! además de esto, no importa si pagas o no una cuota de manto. al final los arreglos de edificios viejos terminas pagándolos tú. Lo mismo con el depósito de 2 meses de renta, han pasado 30 días y nadie da respuesta, se pasan la bolita o de plano terminan diciéndote que levantes un acta. (eso fue lo que me aconsejo su propio contralor Eric Díaz).
Evítense problemas y sigan buscando donde rentar en mejores condiciones, que por esos precios seguro encuentran algo mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son la peor inmobiliaria del mundo. En el edificio que vivía (Vertiz 614) se cayó una antena que esta ubicado en la azotea del mismo, que por suerte no aplasto a nadie, pero dejo tremendo boquete en el piso. No regresan los depósitos.
