★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve esperando 4 días a que me marcarán para que atendieran una reparación, el primer día que el técnico no había terminado otro trabajo, el segundo que en cuanto llegará se comunicaba conmigo, el tercero que estaba atorado en el tránsito pero que me contactaban, el cuarto si estaba el técnico pero como no iban a llegar los dueños pues no me podía dar el servicio. Qué falta de profesionalismo!
I was waiting 4 days for them to call me to attend a repair, the first day that the technician had not finished another job, the second that as soon as he arrived he contacted me, the third that he was stuck in traffic but they contacted me, the fourth if the technician was there but since the owners were not going to arrive, he could not give me the service. What a lack of professionalism!
