★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues yo sigo en el proceso de compra y escrituración, a decir verdad el trato ha sido amable hasta ahora. Solo que en otros desarrollos de Ruba, hay muchos departamentos muy similares que si incluyen el piso, a mi me lo manejaron como opcional. No se si anteriormente ocurrió así con otros compradores.
Well, I'm still in the process of buying and deed, to tell the truth the deal has been nice so far. Only in other developments in Ruba, there are many very similar apartments that do include the floor, they handled it for me as an option. I don't know if this has happened before with other buyers.
