★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, el tipejo que contestó me hizo esperar más de 3 horas. De todo le pasó: se le complicó el trabajo, se le reventó la banda de la camioneta, según él me regresaría la llamada para ver si su compañero vendría a atenderme y NUNCA lo hizo. Sólo me perdí tiempo y crédito.
Terrible experience, the guy who answered made me wait more than 3 hours. Everything happened to him: his job was complicated, his truck band burst, as he called me back to see if his partner would come to attend me and NEVER did. I just lost time and credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé a este lugar porque fui al centro y olvidé las llaves de mi camioneta dentro (estaba en el estacionamiento), la persona fue muy rápido (alrededor de 15 minutos) y en menos de un minuto me abrió la camioneta y pude acceder para salir, por lo que el servicio es muy bueno, al principio se me hizo un poco alto el precio, pero vale la pena por el trato, rapidez y tiempo, los recomiendo bastante.
I called this place because I went downtown and forgot the keys to my truck inside (I was in the parking lot), the person was very fast (around 15 minutes) and in less than a minute he opened the truck for me and I was able to access to get out, So the service is very good, at first the price was a bit high, but it's worth it for the treatment, speed and time, I highly recommend them.
