★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me vendieron una pieza para mi auto que no era la correcta, tuve que regresar de lejos y no tenían en existencia la correcta, me entretuvieron demasiado para hacerme la devolución del dinero que porque el pago fue con tarjeta de debito, finalmente no pudieron hacer la cancelación en la terminal y quedaron en llamarme posteriormente para avisarme que procedía, las 2 veces que fui me entretuvieron bastante con el “permitame”, había un solo empleado en el mostrador atento a la computadora y no a atender al cliente, personal entrando y saliendo pero ninguno se ofrece a apoyar en mostrador.
They sold me a part for my car that was not the correct one, I had to return from afar and they did not have the correct one in stock, they entertained me too much to refund the money that because the payment was with a debit card, they finally could not make the cancellation at the terminal and they agreed to call me later to let me know what was coming, the 2 times I went they entertained me a lot with the "allow me", there was only one employee at the counter attentive to the computer and not to attend to the customer, staff entering and leaving but no one offers to support the counter.
