★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención al cliente, desde que dejé mi calzado hasta que me los entregaron fueron muy apáticos, jamás me explicaron lo que le iban a realizar a mi calzado, resultado fue pobre y no fue lo que esperaba.
Bad customer service, since I left my shoes until they were delivered to me they were very apathetic, they never explained what they were going to do to my shoes, the result was poor and it was not what I expected.

Servicio totalmente deficiente.
On September 22, 2021, I took a COACH bag to have some letters removed, I have gone 2 times to pick it up and they cannot find the bag.
Totally poor service.
