Llegué al local y estaba cerrado, les llame a los 4 números y no contestaron en ninguno, minutos después me regresaron la llamada y la persona que me contestó me dijo que estaba en un servicio pero que si lo esperaba una hora me daba el servicio. Pasaron 2 horas y nunca llegó, nuevamente vuelvo a llamar y terminaron diciéndome que no iban a llegar. No es posibles que no hayan podido avisarme, que falta de atención y respeto. Pésimo!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dueño de la cerrajería contrata a otros cerrajeros para que hagan los trabajos a domicilio, el que envío a mi domicilio, se ve con poca experiencia y no traía herramientas adecuadas para hacer el trabajo. Me dieron un presupuesto y terminé pagando el triple de lo convenido. Además de que la Chapa que tube que comprar superó los 6 mil pesos.
Tengo la duda cuánto tiempo durará el trabajo hecho por ellos.

Llegaron con una ganzúa que se les rompió, astillaron el cristal de mi puerta y terminaron taladrando la cerradura por $600 Pésimo servicio. Se intentó abrir con una tarjeta, jamás le dije que con un cuchillo ya que la puerta está sellada, jamás se le dijo que se astilló el vidrio, se les dijo que por eso se les había llamado a ustedes para evitar que eso ocurriera. Si se dieron cuenta tenían una cámara atrás de ustedes así que todo el proceso de cuando yo intenté abrir con la tarjeta y cuando ustedes solo hicieron está grabado, mismo que se llevará a Profeco. Además la razón que ustedes dieron para romperla es que la chapa estaba 'seca' por falta de uso
