Ya que es a lo que sabe el platillo denominado "parrillada gratinada" que se supone que es de carne de res con tocino, morron, cebolla y queso; que de tocino no tenía absolutamente nada además de que la carne (higado) estaba absolutamente seca. Como quien dice terminamos comiendo hígado de res encebollado y seco.
When your menu says "beef," do you mean beef liver? Since it is what the dish called "grilled gratin" tastes like it is supposed to be beef with bacon, bell pepper, onion and cheese; That bacon had absolutely nothing other than the meat (liver) was absolutely dry. Like who says we end up eating onions and dried beef liver.
