Me atendió la señorita Valeria y además de ser muy amable, le dió seguimiento a mi caso. El técnico Mauricio fue eficiente, claro y su atención fue excelente. 100% recomendables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO, por su alto precio y atención decepcionante. Llevo años sacando mis copias de llave aquí. Hoy el personal fue agresivo y grosero porque no aceptaba efectivo de un billete de 500 y me obligó a buscar la manera de pagar mi copia porque ya la había hecho, además de que no me quiso dar mi llave original mientras yo estaba forzada a buscar cambio fuera. Me impresiona la falta de profesionalismo y la brutalidad del servicio. Que decepción, espero mejoré ese aspecto además de la manera en la que atienden estas circunstancias, deben tener caja chica con suficiente efectivo para hacer cambios de billetes de 500 si van a mantener esta imagen de solo aceptar efectivo.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, for its high price and disappointing attention. I've been making my key copies here for years. Today the staff was aggressive and rude because they did not accept cash from a 500 bill and forced me to find a way to pay for my copy because I had already made it, in addition to not wanting to give me my original key while I was forced to look for change out of. I am impressed by the lack of professionalism and the brutality of the service. What a disappointment, I hope I improved that aspect in addition to the way in which they deal with these circumstances, they must have petty cash with enough cash to make changes of 500 bills if they are going to maintain this image of only accepting cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y servicio , me hicieron copia de llave de automóvil que se había quebrado, funcionó muy bien y a precios muy razonables , me atendieron en domingo aunque aquí en Google dice que no abren pero me dijeron por teléfono que si abrían de 11a 4 todo bien y recomendado
