★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio que da el Sr. Arturo Robles a sus clientes. Quedaron de enviarme una factura por un servicio que se solicitó y no la enviaron y cuando llamo para preguntar cuándo la piensan mandar, se ponen al tú x tú con el cliente diciendo que no está en sus manos resolver el problema. Que por favor uno le llame personalmente a su empleado para preguntarle dónde está la factura.
O sea, que uno haga lo que es SU TRABAJO!!!!

The service that Mr. Arturo Robles gives to his clients is disastrous. They agreed to send me an invoice for a service that was requested and they did not send it and when I call to ask when they plan to send it, they put themselves to you x you with the client saying that it is not in their hands to solve the problem. That one please personally call your employee to ask where the invoice is.
In other words, that one does what is YOUR JOB!!!!
