Y después de 2 hrs me dice que me manda un colega suyo porque él realizó un trabajo que se le complicó. Mientras yo esperando 2 hrs. Qué mala onda. Por esta experiencia 1 estrella
I called him early. He asked me for all the references of the place, photos of the door, of my key. And he told me 20 to 25 minutes would arrive. And after 2 hours he tells me that a colleague of his is sending me because he did a job that was complicated for him. While I was waiting 2 hrs. What a bad wave. For this experience 1 star

He helped me out of the problem, my car keys were lost but he does not have the most up-to-date equipment, he had to ask for help. In the end it was more expensive than what he told me but I got out of the problem. It's reasonable sir!
