★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son terriblemente informales. Quedaron de instalar unas chapas y me dejaron esperando más de una hora. Les llamé y me dijeron que una hora más. Nunca llegaron y dejaron de contestar mis llamadas y mensajes. Por lo menos hubieran tenido la atención y educación de decir que no irían.
They are terribly informal. They arranged to install some plates and they left me waiting for more than an hour. I called them and they told me one more hour. They never came and stopped answering my calls and messages. At least they would have had the attention and politeness to say they would not go.
