★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lior is excellent at his job. He was very communicative and worked with me and my schedule to get my new condo rekeyed. I contacted two other highly rated locksmiths, in addition to Lior and Lior was the only person who responded to me. He was able to answer all the questions I had and showed up right on time. He completed the job very quickly and made sure that I was happy with what he had done. He showed me what he had changed and had me test it out so that he knew I was satisfied. He even took the time to look at another issue on a bathroom door that I had only just discovered. He is respectful of COVID safety protocols, maintains good social distancing, and wears a mask. His pricing is transparent and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to others or use him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an accidental lockout at 1am on a Saturday night, with the spare key also inside my apartment and no desire to involve my landlord, I was truly panicked. The first locksmith claiming to be 24/7 made me wait half an hour before calling to inform me no one was responding to operator calls.
This Emergency Locksmith seemed to be the only other all night locksmith service, and thankfully they hold true to their advertising. The price is a little steep but so is asking someone to come get you back into your own home on a weekend in the middle of the night during a pandemic!
It took a little time for the locksmith to arrive but he was nice enough for a 1:30am visit, and he definitely got me back inside without ever making me feel unsafe or worried. I highly recommend this business, and thank you again for the help!
