★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is located in a development of houses and condominiums. Some condos are nicer than others; don’t assume your Airbnb rental will be fully furnished or even clean. The Baraka beach club and RV park next door can be very loud and noisy with weddings and parties. Resort is adjacent to public beach access road with loud music into the wee hours until the police break it up. Beach bar/restaurant is open to the public and is not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, quiet place. Have been visiting several years and really enjoy it. Nice pools, safe for kids, friendly staff. Fair upkeep. Nice location.
I would give it a five, but the bathrooms usually smell bad, stoves don't work well, and one of the long term head hired hands is noisy and rude to other employees. WiFi only accessible near the entrance. Otherwise, I love it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always stay here when I come to Maztlan, clean friendly staff. Catch the bus or taxis from here to go to the Golden Zone, Oxxo right in front and private beach and swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful at the beach. Not busy felt i was there by myself. Villa could have had more care and cleanliness. Did not have trash picked up and did not like finding strangers hair in the bed and bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villa we booked looked entirely different from what we were given upon arriving. The place was so dirty! You could tell the sheets had not been changed and there was a rat potentially a family of rats living in the laundry room. While all Villas are rented out by different companies I highly recommended not staying here! Hope this helps
