Hacia el Sur el remanso de la presa El Caracol y las comunidades ribereñas y de la sierra, al norte los poblados de Tlatzala, Iglesia Vieja y Cuetzala del Progreso, al Oriente el cerro de Balsas que se aprecia desgajado por la explotación minera, al Poniente también Tlatzala y cerros del municipio de Apaxtla.
Cerro located in Tlatzala, municipality of Apaxtla in the state of Guerrero. From its peak you can see landscapes in the four cardinal points. Towards the south the backwater of the El Caracol dam and the riverside communities and the sierra, to the north the towns of Tlatzala, Iglesia Vieja and Cuetzala del Progreso, to the east the hill of Balsas that is seen broken off by the mining exploitation, to the West also Tlatzala and hills of the municipality of Apaxtla.
