★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordené una puerta y me dijeron que el tiempo de entrega era de 2 semanas; al paso de esas 2 semanas mencionaron que eran hábiles. Al paso de las 3 semanas, dijeron que faltaba el corte… y así va el tiempo contando, ya van 21 días naturales esperando mi puerta, y aun no me la entregan. Además hasta hoy mencionan que por el corte, quedará un hueco al fondo! Eso no lo mencionaron al ordenarla. JAMÁS VUELVO. Pésima comunicación y puras mentiras.
I ordered a door and was told the delivery time was 2 weeks; after those 2 weeks they mentioned that they were skillful. After 3 weeks, they said that the cut was missing ... and the time goes by counting down, there have been 21 calendar days waiting for my door, and they still haven't delivered it to me. In addition, until today they mention that because of the cut, there will be a hole at the bottom! That was not mentioned when ordering it. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. Bad communication and pure lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención del personal a excepción de una señora que te recibe de mala gana ya que compre una puerta y me dijeron, que se tardaba de 3 a 5 días hábiles y fui al 5o día hábil y me dijo la sra. Le dijimos que tarda de 3 a 5 días hábiles de manera prepotente y le aclare que era el 5o día hábil. Y se quedó pensando y me dice bueno nosostros le llamamos y cuando al fin me llamaron después de 3 semanas resulta que me querían entregar una puerta que no era ni el modelo ni la medida acordada ?
