Lousy service, for what Chapu is, this branch the employees play dumb they just spend their time talking, the sauce bar spoiled by the heat I guess and they don't put atwndoon in anything

Regularmente bueno, siempre termina siendo algo incómodo tener la música a volumen TAN EXAGERADAMENTE ALTO, entiendo que es un bar, pero se supone es para ir a conversar y comer tranquilamente, no es un antro para estar con música tan fuerte, aunque los géneros musicales que reproducen son buenos.
Servicio deplorable, te acomodan en la mesa que quieren según su conveniencia ??? con tal de "apoyar" a X mesero; muy lentos para ofrecer bebidas y llevarlas. Se entiende, que por los precios no podemos esperar un servicio excelente, pero con tal de tenerlo, cobrar más no estaría mal.
La comida 10/10 pero el "servicio" quita el hambre.
Good food, atmosphere .... Deplorable service, they accommodate you at the table they want according to their convenience ??? in order to "support" X waiter; Very slow to offer drinks and take them away. It is understood that for the prices we cannot expect an excellent service, but as long as we have it, charging more would not be bad.
The food 10/10 but the "service" takes away your hunger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musica espantosa, la comida mitad buena y la otra mitad pésima, mi lonche bañado quemado con pedazos negros de carbón pero parecían plástico porque estaban super duros, 6 mesas ocupadas, 9 meseros y no podían atender lo que solicitabamos, el encargado era quien tomaba nuestra orden. En general malisima esta sucursal.
Terrible music, the food half good and the other half bad, my lunch bathed in burned with black pieces of coal but they looked like plastic because they were super hard, 6 tables were occupied, 9 waiters and they could not attend what we requested, the manager was the one who took our order. In general this branch is lousy.
