No había papas caseras, sin embargo le dijimos al mesero si podíamos ir al Oxxo a comprar unas y nos dijeron que no, entonces le comentamos que ellos fueran y que nos las vendieran y dijeron que no, estábamos molestas x que no hacían nada x resolvernos una necesidad del cliente de un producto que ellos ofrecían. Sin embargo eso si le dije si podía hablar con su gerente, el “gerente” no quiso ir a mi mesa entonces yo fui a darle la cara pues por que el señor no quería y le dije todo lo anterior hasta le dije si quieres cóbrame las aunque yo las traiga pero mi amiga tiene mucho antojo de unas papas, bueno me salió con decirme que “sus directivos” lo podían ver y que no iba a arriesgar su trabajo, yo le comenté que no estaba arriesgando su trabajo x que estaba cumpliendo una necesidad del cliente de un producto que no venden y que no tienen. Por supuesto que mi mesa estaba consumiendo tanto alimentos como bebidas pero el “gerente” es tan cuadrado para resolver una situación así que no quiso. Y no obstante cuando pedíamos algo para la mesa el nos ignoraba, ósea viejo ridiculo, que poder tiene para tratar así a la gente así q 5 de 10 deplorable servicio . Yesterday we attended and the service gave much to be desired. There were no homemade potatoes, however we asked the waiter if we could go to the Oxxo to buy some and they said no, so we told them to go and sell them to us and they said no, we were upset because they did nothing to solve us a customer need for a product they offered. However, I did ask him if he could talk to his manager, the "manager" did not want to go to my table so I went to face him because the man did not want to and I told him all of the above, I even told him if you want to charge me the although I bring them but my friend has a great desire for some potatoes, well she told me that "her managers" could see it and that she was not going to risk her job, I told her that she was not risking her job because she was fulfilling a customer need for a product that they do not sell and that they do not have. Of course my table was consuming both food and drinks but the "manager" is so square to solve a situation so he didn't want to. And yet when we asked for something for the table he ignored us, that ridiculous old man, what power does he have to treat people like that? 5 out of 10 deplorable service.
A	Alexander Edmunds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, muy buena comida y variada, precios bastante justos pero le quito dos estrellas por la insoportable "música" de regaeton y maluma a todo volumen, de por si es odioso ése ruido y todavía le suben, procuren por favor ser un poco balanceados en ése aspecto, sería una razón para mi de no regresar, fuera de eso es buen lugar Good service, very good and varied food, fairly fair prices but I'm taking two stars off because of the unbearable "music" of regaeton and maluma at full volume, that noise is obnoxious and they still turn it up, please try to be a little balanced in that aspect, it would be a reason for me not to return, apart from that it is a good place
A	Alicia Beatriz Esparza Medel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo a 21 pesos, las bebidas sabrosas al menos para mi gusto que no soy de tanto tomar, la comida muy buena, con barra de salsas y aderezos, personal atento y rápido. Punto malo la musica alta, si vienen en grupo y desean platicar y no es variable el genero musical, estaría chido le mezclaran ya que no a todos nos gusta Maluma. Everything for 21 pesos, the drinks are tasty at least for my taste, I'm not a big drinker, the food is very good, with a sauce and dressing bar, attentive and fast staff. Loud music is a bad point, if they come in a group and want to talk and the musical genre is not variable, it would be cool if they mixed it up since not all of us like Maluma.
