★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa donde ofrecen trabaja te agregan a grupo y te van mandando mensajes para hacerte los exámenes, TODOS SE SIENTEN DUEÑOS COMENSANDO CON LOS GUARDIAS,después te dejan en espera y como uno tiene la necesidad de trabajar me atreví a preguntar qué pasaba que para cuándo se sabría si éramos aceptado ó NO de las inmediato solo me sacaron del grupo sin mayor explicación y así sucesivamente a los demás chicos,NO entiendo entonces para que siguen con su bolsa de trabajo abierta.Si uno se postula es por nesecidad y como usted ya están laborando se dan el lujo de jugar con la necesidad de los demás espero que halguin ponga un poco más de seriedad en eso en recursos humanos .
It is a company where they offer work, they add you to a group and they send you messages to take the exams, EVERYONE FEELS OWNERS STARTING WITH THE GUARDS, then they leave you waiting and since one has the need to work I dared to ask what happened to When would it be known if we were accepted or NOT immediately, they only took me out of the group without further explanation and so on to the other guys, I DO NOT understand then why they continue with their open job bank If one applies, it is out of necessity and like you They are already working and they give themselves the luxury of playing with the needs of others. I hope that Halguin will put a little more seriousness in that in human resources.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo falta que apliquen al 100% su política de igualdad y no discriminación, ya que en su política indican que es trato igualitario entre personal interno y contratistas, hay comedor exclusivo para internos y los contratistas no pueden tomar o disfrutar de las bebidas que hay en el comedor, según su política de igualdad y no discriminación los contratistas o visitantes deberían tener permitido disfrutar del comedor así como de las bebidas que proporciona, en algunos casos reportan y sancionan o en casos se les despide si se les ocurre tomar una bebida del área de comedores no respetando ni tomando en cuanta tu política sabiendo que muchos de esos contratistas podríamos ser consumidores de está marca lo que nos desepciona y nos provoca consumir productos de la competencia (cerveza sin alcohol y café)
