★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento (Incluso cuando es temprano y que no hay mucha clientela) pues las camareras tardaban una eternidad hasta cuando se trató de pedir la cuenta (Fácil 30 minutos solo para llevar la terminal, pero eso sí, al darles propina a pesar del mal servicio la que cerró cuenta se enojó y nos dijo: No me van a dar el 10%!!?). Además las alitas las entregaron frías y algo mal hechas (Las de búfalo les faltó cocimientos porque había parte de carne que no se podían desprender del hueso por lo crudo y a las BBQ al contrario, algunas sabían a carne quemada).
Por último llegamos en día de promoción que postean en Facebook y no nos la querían hacer válida, decían que no aplicaba en el día en que fuimos, le mostramos la publicación, seguían diciendo que no hasta que prácticamente le hicimos zoom a la publicación que indicaba que el día en el que fuimos sí era válido, y solo después de haber alegado como 10 minutos con evidencia en mano nos aceptaron la promoción y para variar tardaron unos 25 minutos en hacernos llegar la cerveza.
En resumen, muy mala experiencia sinceramente.
The service is very slow (Even when it is early and there are not many customers) because the waitresses took forever to ask for the bill (Easy 30 minutes just to take the terminal, but yes, when you tip them despite of bad service, the one who closed the account got angry and told us: They're not going to give me 10%!!?). In addition, the wings were delivered cold and somewhat poorly done (the buffalo wings lacked cooking because there was part of the meat that could not be detached from the bone due to its rawness and the BBQ on the contrary, some tasted of burnt meat).
Finally we arrived on the day of the promotion that they posted on Facebook and they did not want to make it valid for us, they said that it did not apply on the day we went, we showed them the publication, they kept saying no until we practically zoomed in on the publication that indicated that the day we went it was valid, and only after having claimed about 10 minutes with evidence in hand did they accept the promotion and for a change they took about 25 minutes to get us the beer.
In short, very bad experience honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ando por trabajo y me hospedó a 3 calles de este lugar, es atractivo, lo que arruina todo es la mala atención del cadenero que se siente dueño del lugar, la mesera con su jeta, te dan de botana palomitas y chicharrones, precios accesibles, pidan solo cervezas cerradas porque si pides un barril o dizque tritón te roban, nosotros pedimos un triton de 5 litros y nos dieron un barril y querían cobrarnos el costo del tritón al reclamar el "gerente" se ofendió y dijo que por ser *buena onda "nos iba a" regalar" 2 litros por *cortesía" quién te regala algo? Y aparte cerveza quemada, te piden propina casi forzosa y al recalcar que es voluntaria por su servicio se molestan?????, sanitarios sucios y buen mobiliario,no expiden factura,los alimentos no todos están disponibles, música variada,medidas de covid inexistentes..
