★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio como cliente mayorista es pésimo, la generalidad se distingue por falta de compromiso, no solo no contestan los teléfonos si no, que te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, tengo desde el mes de Marzo 2017 haciendo el trámite de la licencia, Jonathan Belmonte Gerente en Playa del Carmen, se ha desentendió de la situación, aun cuando le pagamos todo el tramite, es triste ver que una empresa tan importante en México, trabaje de esta manera tan irresponsable.
The service as a wholesale customer is lousy, the generality is distinguished by lack of commitment, not only do the phones not answer but they treat you as if they were doing you a favor, I have been doing the license process since March 2017 , Jonathan Belmonte Manager in Playa del Carmen, has ignored the situation, even when we pay him all the paperwork, it is sad to see that such an important company in Mexico works in this irresponsible way.
