Todas sus cervezas estan llenas de cuerpo y sabor.. la Pilsner no tiene comparación y la Dubbel es definitivamente una de sus mejores. One of the best, if not the best beer in Monterrey... if you get to know your master brewer you will see all the passion and quality in this project. All of their beers are full of body and flavour. The Pilsner has no comparison and the Dubbel is definitely one of their best.

He comprobado que el conocimiento del tema y la dedicación al mezclar correctamente agua, levadura y lúpulos produce una gran cerveza. También intuyo la selección y calidad de la materia prima. Patricio Quintana se ha convertido en un gran maestro cervecero. Su paciencia, profesionalismo y constancia son sin duda la base de su éxito. Mucho pueden aventurarse a la producción de una cerveza artesanal; pero muy pocos pueden competir con la calidad de KAPALINA! Enhorabuena! When I first tasted Kapalina beer, my palate experienced flavors and aromas that are not offered by typical industrially brewed beers. I have found that knowledge of the subject and dedication to properly mixing water, yeast and hops produces a great beer. I also intuit the selection and quality of the raw material. Patricio Quintana has become a great brewmaster. His patience, professionalism and perseverance are undoubtedly the basis of his success. Much can venture into the production of a craft beer; but very few can compete with the quality of KAPALINA! Congratulations!

Las cervezas KAPALINA son de una categoría especial como no he encontrado ninguna otra en México. Cada una en su estilo muy auténtica desde la prueba visual, en olfato, gusto y hasta el retrogusto. Se nota que su creador toma la producción muy en serio, cuidando cada detalle, ofreciéndonos así un producto de calidad excepcional. Es un placer degustar productos de primera calidad. A work of art in a jar! As a German I have tried many beers around the world and in Mexico. KAPALINA beers are of a special category like I have not found any other in Mexico. Each one in its very authentic style from the visual test, smell, taste and even the aftertaste. You can see that its creator takes production very seriously, taking care of every detail, thus offering us a product of exceptional quality. It is a pleasure to taste top quality products.
