Sigo esperando respuesta OR133709, manifiesten o envíen comprobante de reembolso.
Después de estar esperando a que cumplan primero con la entrega del pedido, OR133709, del que se efectuó levantamiento y pago mediante cargo a tarjeta de crédito el 3 de noviembre de 2020, y tenía fecha de entrega en noviembre 12 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja muchísimo que desear. Nunca responden los correos, las aclaraciones jamás las atienden. Se espera un servicio de primera viniendo de una empresa de primera cómo lo es Grupo Modelo. Los repartidores no usan protocolos de higiene no es posible que entreguen sin cubrebocas. Tengo una suscripción de casi 5 meses y estoy por cancelarla. El precio es bueno pero aunque tengas una suscripción si no tienen el artículo disponible lo tienes que sustituír.
The service leaves a lot to be desired. They never respond to emails, clarifications are never answered. A first class service is expected coming from a first class company such as Grupo Modelo. The delivery men do not use hygiene protocols, it is not possible for them to deliver without face masks. I have a subscription of almost 5 months and am about to cancel it. The price is good but even if you have a subscription if they don't have the item available you have to replace it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de atendimiento, no cumplen con los plazos y si intentas cancelarlo en casi imposible, por telefono es una pesima experiencia los menus, y el chat despues de esperar horas no te habla nadie.
Terrible customer service, they do not meet the deadlines and if you try to cancel it in almost impossible, by phone the menus are a terrible experience, and the chat after waiting hours nobody talks to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hice mi pago el día 31 de marzo 21 y aun no me han podido entregar mi producto, primero vinieron y estaba 2 minutos y el repartidor no me espero
Posteriormente me agendaron segunda visita excediendo el plazo 72 hrs que mencionan para reprogramar, cuando llega a mi domicilio el repartidor me da la sorpresa que en almacén no pusieron mi pedido, eso fue 14-04 y a la fecha no me agendaron fecha para mi entrega.
Totalmente les puedo decir dejan demasiado que desear en su servicio, piensen antes de suscribirse
