No cuentas con suficientes medidas ante COVID ya que nadie me tomo la temperatura al ingresar, solo por eso doy 3 estrellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a que me devolvieran mi anticipo de la llanta que no me consiguieron, y no me regresaron mi dinero, me dijeron que hasta mañana que por que el dinero lo guardan en el banco, y le dije al dueño:
"Qué tipo de llantera es si no tiene ni llantas ni dinero?"
Dijo que no me pudo dar el dinero, que porque lo tiene que reportar a hacienda, sacarlo del banco,etc...cuando en cualquier negocio te devuelven tu dinero si no te dan el producto o el servicio, me parecen muy agarrados y muy mal que no me devuelvan mi dinero, mañana tengo que salir de viaje en el carro y no tengo ni mi llanta ni mi dinero, espero a ver si hasta mañana me dan el dinero y no me salen con otra cosa.
Hace 2 semanas les compré 4 llantas y en un viaje se me reventó una, y ahora estoy tratando de comprarsela a ellos desde la semana pasada, y me dijeron que entre el miércoles y viernes de ésta semana me la tendrían, y hoy jueves me dijeron que hasta el lunes de la siguiente semana...y cosas como te la voy a buscar y te llamo en hora y media, y nunca me marcan, y cuando ya me decido a que mejor me regresen mi dinero, me dicen que no me lo pueden regresar que por que "lo guardan en el banco, para que no los roben" pero ellos si pueden retener el dinero de otras personas sin darles el e servicio y el producto,,,,,y cómo no van a tener "$500.00 pesos".
Yo ya llamé a servicio al cliente de Firestone a nivel nacional, me pidieron disculpas y me dijeron que me comprenden, y que van a hablar con ellos.
Bueno ya compartí mi experiencia, espero que sea de ayuda para ustedes, y para que ellos arreglen su ineficiente sistema.

I already called Firestone customer service nationwide, they apologized and told me that they understand me, and that they are going to talk to them.
