★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas instalaciones pero pónganse listos al momento de inscribirse, no te dicen que los entrenadores son aparte, te dicen hasta que pagas.
Te dicen que el entrenador personalizado CON DIETA tiene un costo (lógicamente) pero resulta que ese entrenador es el más caro.
TODOS los entrenadores tienen un costo y eso no te lo aclaran, el más barato es solo para que te diga qué ejercicio y cuantas repeticiones, nada más.
ÚNICAMENTE PAGAS LAS INSTALACIONES, NADIE TE DICE QUE HACER.

Las máquinas y equipo son buenos ya que pertenecen al Cesar’s GYM Platinum, los precios por Anualidad son entre 3 mil y 8 mil dependiendo de tu plan (Biclub y Multiclub), servicio de lockers, vapor y regaderas aceptable. Hasta ahí todo bien. Pero, los instructores te cobran, si, aparte de pagar el gimnasio por anualidad, debes de pagarle mensualmente a un instructor entre 600 y 1500 pesos para que te pongan rutinas, si no lo haces, no te ayudarán a entrenar y si lo hacen solamente te dicen que maquina y cuantas repeticiones. Personalmente pagar más de 3 mil pesos y aparte de eso pagar 600 mensuales para ir al gimnasio no es conveniente. Atentos a esto último porque no te lo comentan al momento de inscribirte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El club de cosmopol esta horrible, siempre estan descompuestos minimo 3 de los diferentes aparatos de cardio, las cuerdas de los racks estan deshilachadas, nunca hay jabón para manos en los baños, el area de vapor esta super sucia con hongos y las regaderas también. solo hay 2 clases de actividades, cuando en otros clubes estan llenos los horarios, los gerentes nunca quieren dar información para que esto se los haga llegar al corporativo y solo dicen "si lo vamos a checar".
la verdad las instalaciones estan en pesimas condiciones y nadie quiere dar solución. Zona Fitness Sport
The cosmopol club is horrible, at least 3 of the different cardio devices are always broken down, the strings of the racks are frayed, there is never hand soap in the bathrooms, the steam area is super dirty with mushrooms and the showers too. Pero lo peor es la mala atención que recibes de parte de la gerente Patricia Alvares Cortes ante cualquier observación que hagas de las deficiencias del gym. Al parecer el monto $ que pagas por anualidad, te elimina el derecho de exigir que te cumplan con lo que te vendieron... A 2 meses de estar asistiendo a este lugar, ya me arrepentí de haber pagado la anualidad.... Les comparto unas fotos de las instalaciones para que analicen bien antes de inscribirse. Por que si te inscribes. Te debes de aguantar a que de repente no te cumpla con lo que te vendieron.... Lo calificó con 1 estrellas por que si solo vienes a hacer uso de aparatos esta pasable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gimnasio dentro de un centro comercial siempre es atractivo por pensar lo que harás después de cada rutina y el tiempo que puedes pasar en el cine o restaurantes con familia o amigos. Pero no te dejes engañar, el lugar no es malo pero carece de mantenimiento; de cada 5 caminadoras sólo funcionan de manera correcta 2. Los aparatos son viejos y a muchos les falta mantenimiento en los cojines. Normalmente hay basura en los pasillos y los baños carecen de los suministros básicos como jabón y papel. Considerala una opción si no tienes otra por precio, cómo un smartfit.

Sí hay gran variedad de aparatos pero en varios, cambiar de configuración es complicado porque no funcionan o están rotos los ajustadores... el baño siempre está sucio y gran parte del año no hay servicio de regaderas por diversas razones. Sin contar que están llenas de moho...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo hay vapor por tiempo limitado y en ocasiones ya que hay un horario que no respetan, es bastante común que no halla agua, o agua caliente, o vapor, muchos aparatos no sirven desde hace meses, las caminadoras fallan, las elípticas todos tienen fallas, no te puedes uejar de nada por que la gerente Patricia cínicamente te dice que le hagas como quieras que igual no van a hacer nada. En la caja te roban ya que pasan tu tarjeta por una mayor cantidad y luego salen con el pretexto de que no hay devoluciones, que igual le hagas como quieras. Pésima experiencia, nada recomendable, siempre sucio y apestoso además, no se dejen engañar por los precios bajos ya que esta para llorar el gimnasio. a los empleados ni les pagan en tiempo y forma, te enteras, en fin, te das cuenta de muchas cosas negativas al ir una sola semana.
