★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en todos los aspectos. Los aparatos son muy viejos, hay algunos incluso oxidados, las elípticas no funcionan en su resistencia e inclinación. La música es muy alta, tanto que ni los audifonos ayudan, y no pasan de su música circuit o regueton. Los "instructores" no tienen ni idea de guiar adecuadamente un entrenamiento físico. Las recepcionistas son groseras y poco amables. Busquen algo mejor en la zona, no inviertan su dinero aquí.
Bad service in all respects. The devices are very old, there are some even rusted, the ellipticals do not work in their resistance and inclination. The music is very loud, so much so that neither the headphones help, and they don't go beyond their circuit or reggaeton music. The "instructors" have no idea how to properly guide a physical training. The receptionists are rude and unkind. Look for something better in the area, don't invest your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable el trato que los instructores del club de Zumpango brindan a la mayoría de los clientes. Y digo que a la mayoría porque solo son atentos con algunos cuantos y con el resto hasta déspotas y groseros son. Hoy tuve una pésima experiencia y lo peor es que no ha sido la única.
The treatment that the instructors of the Zumpango club offer to most of the clients is unfortunate. And I say that to the majority because they are only attentive with a few and with the rest they are even despotic and rude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen clima deportivo. Solo falta que ajusten bien las mancuernas que se aflojan constantemente. Los socios no tenemos en algunos casos el habito de dejar las mancuernas en su lugar para que otro las pieda ocupar.
