★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulo espíritu de servicio y sumamente déspota la "atención" de la empleada Anel Pineda Rmz., quien exige documentación adicional que de acuerdo con Infonatel o la info. del sitio web no es necesaria, no tiene paciencia para resolver dudas, siendo que quien solicita un crédito hipotecario por lo general tiene múltiples preguntas. La srta. Anel tiene cero disposición para brindar las explicaciones requeridas y como buena burócrata lo único que le interesa es despachar lo más rápido posible al derechohabiente.

Sin embargo es muy informal ver que los vigilantes de INFONAVIT se encuentren echando su relajo, no usen cubrebocas como lo exigen y esten abrazándose y acariciando el cabello uno al otro mientras toman su cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , acudí porque tenia dudas de mi crédito y un joven del Departamento de Cobranza muy prepotente,(piensa que uno le hace el favor) no me resolvió mi duda, solo se limito a darme información que no iba acorde con la que se refleja en mi estado de cuenta , incluso uno de sus compañeros de crédito lo contradijo. Que decepción que Infornavit no capacite adecuadamente a sus trabajadores, en tanto a los beneficios que otorga el infonavit a los trabajadores y sobre todo atención al cliente.

Los derechohabientes somos tratados con poca diligencia. Como siempre hay algunas excepciones. No existe la consideración y menos a la gente que ignoramos los trámites, pero el estado se encarga de pagarles sueldo y aguinaldos.y se deben al pueblo, así seamos ignorantes, son despostas como siempre ha sido la burocracia..
