★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy, muy, muy mal servicio. Espere más de un mes para que le cambiarán el chicote del velocímetro a mi moto y solo me duró 25 kilometros se volvió a romper y como no la lleve a servicio entonces pues ya perdí mi garantía.
Aparte de que me decían que se tardaban un día para cambiarlo lo cual se me hizo absurdo.
Se hubieran tardado una semana mínimo en hacer los 5 puntos de seguridad.
Very very very bad service. I waited more than a month for them to change the end of the speedometer to my motorcycle and it only lasted 25 kilometers, it broke again and since I did not take it to service then I already lost my warranty.
Apart from the fact that they told me that it took a day to change it, which was absurd to me.
It would have taken a minimum week to do the 5 security points.

Quedé muy contento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAL SERVICIO, se nota que los rebasa el trabajo, acudi personalmente a sacar una cita una semana antes, y puntual lleve la moto a las 10:30 am, cuando pase por la tarde por ahí como a las 4:30pm mi motocicleta seguía estacionada en la parte de afuera y no le habían hecho nada, no recibí una llamada para informarme de esto, así que yo tuve que llamar y al reclamarle a la recepcionista de que aún no se le había hecho nada a la moto en 6 horas intento darme una justificación y me colgó la llamada, intente volverme a comunicar y ya no me contestaba y cuando por fin contestó solo fue para decirme que me la entregarían hasta el siguiente día o que fuera a recogerla así como estaba y así fue, la recogí y del servicio que según ya le habían hecho me la entregaron a medias y de mala manera, como si yo estuviera reclamando algo que no debería.
Espero mejoren su servicio, como lo hacían antes
BAD SERVICE, it shows that work exceeds them, I personally went to make an appointment a week before, and on time I took the motorcycle at 10:30 am, when I passed by in the afternoon around 4:30 pm my motorcycle was still parked on the outside and they hadn't done anything to it, I didn't receive a call to inform me of this, so I had to call and when I complained to the receptionist that nothing had been done to the motorcycle in 6 hours, she tried to give me a justification and he hung up the call on me, I tried to communicate again and he didn't answer me anymore and when he finally answered it was only to tell me that they would deliver it to me until the next day or that I should go pick it up as it was and that's how it was, I picked it up and from service that according to what had already been done, they gave it to me halfway and in a bad way, as if I were claiming something that I shouldn't have.
I hope they improve their service, as they did before
