★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi moto a servicio y la dejaron peor que como la llevé no tienen herramienta y al parecer solo improvisan, no vuelvo a regresar.
 I took my motorcycle to service and they left it worse than as I took it, they have no tools and apparently they only improvise, I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden bien y tienen buena presentación, pero en lo personal el mecánico que le hizo servicio a mi moto dejo las punterías del motor flojas, y tuve que regresar, me volvieron a cobrar específicamente ese servicio cuando se supone que ya iba incluido en el servicio general
They serve well and have a good presentation, but personally the mechanic who serviced my motorcycle left the engine tips loose, and I had to return, they charged me again specifically for that service when it was supposed to be included in the general service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rateros ahí decidí que llevarán mi moto que compre en línea de la página de Italika y no me dieron las herramientas que viene en la motocicleta.
Mal servicio y ahí les encargo ITALIKA que tipo de gente contratan que roba a tus clientes.
Compraré otra moto en unas semanas y grábare la situación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por un arreglo sencillo, me recibieron bien, y me explicaron los detalles que traía mi moto. El personal en general es amable. Todo muy bien. Me ofrecieron un juguito.

He tenido la experiencia de ir al cesit 2599 anteriormente y superan por mucho pero mucho en atención, calidad y servicio para con el cliente y a su motocicleta, desde la recepción se nota la diferencia, hasta en cuanto a conocimientos. Mis respetos para el personal de este Cesit 4801 y aún más la la señorita Brenda , pronto regresaré para mi sig servicio, mil gracias por todo!!
P.D te dicen y muestran todo lo que le harán a tu moto, puedes esperar y es mínimo de espera.

I have had the experience of going to cesit 2599 before and they surpass by far, far in attention, quality and service for the client and their motorcycle, from the reception the difference is noticeable, even in terms of knowledge. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que llegas te atienden muy cordialmente, te reciben tu moto sin problemas te hacen su encuesta para ver que falla tiene tu moto y listo se las dejas. A la hora de ir a recogerla solo hay que ponerse atento de que le hayan hecho la reparación a la que fue. En mi caso según rebasaron la tornilleria y traia los contrapesos flojos.
