El cargador no sirvió y la laptop si sirvió pero me cobraron 2 veces por reconstruir la bisagra en una semana y lo más triste es que cuando reclamas te tratan muy mal y no llevan buen registro de sus trabajos ni composturas. Las excusas que pusieron fueron esa no es la maquina que habías traído es otra. Si no tienes el comprobante no puedes comprobar nada. Y a la hora que les explicas y no les dejas salida inventan otra reparación que te hicieron gratis y te hicieron el favor de no cobrarte para que te quedes contento. Yo me pregunto si esas reparaciones que cobran 2 veces el dueño estará enterado y contento de que en su negocio esté pasando esto? I was charged for two repairs one from a charger and another from a laptop repair 2 times. The charger did not work and the laptop did work, but they charged me twice to rebuild the hinge in a week and the saddest thing is that when claims are treated very badly and do not keep a good record of their work or composure. The excuses they made were that is not the machine you had brought is another. If you do not have the receipt you cannot verify anything. And at the time that you explain and do not let them out they invent another repair that they made for free and they did you the favor of not charging you to make you happy. I wonder if those repairs that are charged twice by the owner will be aware and glad that this is happening in your business?
