★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA EXPERIENCIA , mi perrita se quebró sus patitas la lleve con la esperanza que se recuperará y salió igual. Me tardé más de 2 horas y sólo le pusieron calmantes y le hicieron rayos x que me cobraron y No me los han mandado, te dicen que te los mandan por correo y No mandan nada. ES UNA ESTAFA.
 AWFUL EXPERIENCE, my dog broke her legs, I took her with the hope that she will recover and she came out the same. It took me more than 2 hours and they only gave him painkillers and they did x-rays that they charged me for and they didn't send them to me, they tell you that they send them to you by mail and they don't send anything. IS A GOTCHA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo en esta vida...es un gran negocio, mala la atención y sin una mínima idea de los tiempos ,que nos espera con este tipo de nuevos veterinarios,lo único que les interesa es cobrar antes de dar la atención.
Like everything in this life...it's a big business, poor attention and without the slightest idea of the times, what awaits us with this type of new veterinarians, the only thing they are interested in is getting paid before giving attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si es económico pero tardamos tres horas en recibir atención, pasaban a todos los px que iban por tratamiento y las consultas muy atrasadas, una señora llevo un gatito de mes y medio por una radiografía y estaba igual que yo tenía tres horas esperando y el pobre animalito sin comer y tomar agua y nada que lo pasaban. Podía ver muchas mascotas decaídas pero hay poco personal de guardia
Yes it is cheap but it took us three hours to receive care, they passed all the px who went for treatment and consultations very late, a lady brought a month and a half kitten for an X-ray and she was just like me she had three hours waiting and the poor thing little animal without eating and drinking water and nothing happened. I could see a lot of listless pets but there are few staff on duty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de traer a mi perrita que se cayó de la placa y no me la consultaron porque traigo a mi hija de 6 años porqe no puede entrar le explique qe no tengo con quien dejarla y no puedo dejarla sola en la camioneta y que comoquiera estaré afuera en lo qe me hablan y se puso intransigente que no, se que son reglas pero si uno no predice que la perrita se va a caer y que en ese momento no tengo con quien dejar a mi mascota y pues mi perrita esta llore y llore se supone que se preocupan por las mascotas y si no le hago caso a mi mascota soy mala. aparte los que están de guardias y de limpieza se creen los dueños tienen mal trato con la gente. estoy molesta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, solo cobran los medicamentos que se necesitan o radiografías. No hacen cirugías, por si alguien lo necesita, para que busquen a un especialista, directamente.
Very good care, they only charge for medications that are needed or x-rays. They do not perform surgeries, in case someone needs it, so that they seek a specialist, directly.
