I had a terrible experience with a psychologist Gilda Jiménez who works in this association. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL First he stood me up, he didn't connect to the session, but coincidentally the moment I left him a bad review he contacted me by WhatsApp and I booked a free session the next day. I connected trusting that he would ask me for a sincere apology. During the session she was zero empathetic, when the session started she told me that it was not her fault but the employee's and that she was a very busy person and did not have time to check her social networks. She asked me what I wanted to work on and I explained to her what was happening to me and she was zero empathetic, nor did she comment on it, she only wrote down. Then he made me take a test for almost half an hour on the internet, then he just gave me some documents to complete and that's it. Then I told her that I hadn't felt very comfortable in the session and I didn't know if it would always be that way because it didn't seem like a good start. To which she replied that she was upset about the comment I left in doctoralia because she had not connected and that it was not her fault but that of her employee and again she emphasized to me how very busy she was. She insinuated that it was my fault that the bad session turned out because I was already anticipating the situation and that from what I told her about myself, I was a person who had high expectations and a perfectionist and she could not meet them because that was what could offer, no more. He made me feel guilty when I wasn't the one who didn't connect to the previous session and he used my problems that I told him about to blame me for the session not working. I had NEVER complained to a healthcare professional before, but I really couldn't let this go. I am surprised that he is not even able to take responsibility and has only blamed his team, he only apologized at the end but in a sarcastic way and to comply. It impresses me that her ego is so enlarged to tell me that she had given me her time by giving me the free session, and that otherwise it would be 500 pesos.
