★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find pretty much any Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 Wii, Wii U, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 4, Xbox, Xbox One, Switch, PSP, PsVita, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo DS, and even Gamecube game in the store, however the sell/trade in checkout is terribly slow, employees are going up and down forgetting about customer waiting down the line, sometimes even the buying checkout is terribly slow, they need to improve productivity and organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent inventory but I'm not satisfied with the return policy. Due to the poor return policy I was paid nearly half the amount on a game system despite the fact nothing was wrong with it and it was returned in the original box with the sales slip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a ripoff for buyers... being new in the country i was unfamiliar with the phones sold here, so i bought a decent mid-range phone for what i thought was a decent price
Then i discover the plaza de technologia and the phone stores near it on lazaro cardenas - most of the stuff being sold at CEX, used, can be bought NEW for half the price at these less polished, but far more cost effective shops where locals who are not wealthy enough to hang out at Buenavista buy their phones
hopefully CEX will buy this back from me at close to what i paid for it but im not holding my breath (i turned out not to need it, but that's not their fault)
oh well, at least the phone WORKS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with these people. They priced their USED 8th gen IPad as more expensive than the BRAND NEW latest gen model from Apple. When i found out 5 minutes after i bought it, i tried to return it and was told i could only get a store voucher. I had to show them their store policy and argue with them until they would agree to refund me.
