★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó bastante la atención del personal, muy diferente a otras sucursales como Central de abasto que son nefastos, el único pero que puedo poner es que no te toman algunos juegos porque "están rayados" y en ocasiones te los venden en las mismas condiciones por las que te rechazaron los tuyos.
I quite liked the attention of the staff, very different from other branches like Central de Abasto that are disastrous, the only thing I can say is that they do not take some games because "they are scratched" and sometimes they sell them to you in the same conditions for those that yours rejected you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí un videojuego en su tienda en linea y la verdad muy decepcionante. el disco Rayado con defectos tapados con etiquetas de la tienda, lo mismo con la caja en la que viene el juego toda opaca y con etiquetas de la tienda para tapar las partes maltratadas. Para ser tienda de compraventa deberían de adquirir productos en mejor estado para posteriormente venderlos. NO COMPREN EN Cex.
I bought a video game in your online store and the truth is very disappointing. the scratched disc with defects covered with store labels, the same with the box in which the game comes, all opaque and with store labels to cover the damaged parts. To be a trading store, they should acquire products in better condition to later sell them. DO NOT BUY AT Cex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal excelente, te atiende super bien y puedes vender o intercambiar todo tipo de dispositivos móviles y juegos. Todo es revisado a detalle por lo que tardarán un poco pero si todo está bien, el precio que te dan es excelente, en lo personal a mi da mucha confianza comprar algo con ellos o intercambiarlo porque sé que fue revisado muy bien antes de recibirlo.
