★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Además de tardarse en encontrar los discos de los 3 juegos que iba a comprar y atenderme con toda la flojera del mundo. No me quiso vender los juegos por qué no tenía cambio. La peor experiencia de todas las tiendas cex.
Terrible service. In addition to taking time to find the discs of the 3 games that I was going to buy and treating me with all the laziness in the world. He did not want to sell me the games because he had no change. Worst experience of all cex stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CeX es un gran concepto de compra/venta e intercambio de tecnología y entretenimiento, y esta sucursal no es la excepción.
Tienen una gran variedad de artículos a venta o intercambio y los precios son razonables sabiendo que los productos caros como consolas, celulares o laptops tienen hasta 2 años de garantía.
La razón por la qué le doy las 4 estrellas es por el personal, esta bien capacitado en dar información y son conocedores, el problema es su actitud arrogante al momento de atención al cliente. Muchas veces son groseros/sarcásticos cuando un cliente entra sin todo el conocimiento de un equipo qué busca cambiar/vender etc... es entendible qué la atención a clientes sea algo difícil de tratar pero ellos mismos empiezan las hostilidad con sus comentarios.
CeX is a great technology and entertainment buy / sell and exchange concept, and this branch is no exception.
They have a wide variety of items for sale or exchange and the prices are reasonable knowing that expensive products such as consoles, cell phones or laptops have up to 2 years of warranty.
The reason why I give it 4 stars is because of the staff, they are well trained in giving information and they are knowledgeable, the problem is their arrogant attitude when it comes to customer service. Many times they are rude / sarcastic when a client enters without all the knowledge of a team that seeks to change / sell etc ... it is understandable that customer service is difficult to deal with but they themselves start hostility with their comments.
