Buenas clases, buenos coaches y excelentes promociones de membresías. I love this place, very good equipment, I would say complete and relatively new, however you are beginning to notice that it needs maintenance. Great classes, great coaches, and great membership promotions.

R	Ricardo Beltrán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bien para entrenar si ya tienes las bases, no lo recomendaría un lugar para empezar a hacer crossfit, fuera de la mañana los coaches no están pendientes de tus ejercicios y no sé preocupan por buscar adaptaciones o progresiones de los ejercicios para los nuevos que aún no tienen la coordinación para levantar un snatch; por ejemplo, o para algún adulto mayor con alguna necesidad especial. Ahora si lo q buscas es un coach que te ayude a subir tu nivel y mejorar tus pesos. Es el lugar. Tienen muy buenas promos de mensualidades en paquetes. It's good to train if you already have the basics, I would not recommend a place to start doing crossfit, outside of the morning the coaches are not aware of your exercises and I do not care to look for adaptations or progressions of the exercises for the new ones that still they do not have the coordination to raise a snatch; for example, or for an older adult with some special need. Now if what you are looking for is a coach that will help you raise your level and improve your weights. It's the place. They have very good promos of monthly payments in packages.

Nos recibieron adorablemente, el espacio es grande, Limpiado todos los días, el material es bueno! Pude hacer mi entrenamiento por mi cuenta o participar en el wod con el grupo. Los entrenadores son buenos, atentos a los detalles, el ambiente es genial.¡Ya te extrañamos! We spent a month in Mérida, CF Cerberus was our training place during that time. I have nothing to say except thank you! They received us adorably, the space is big, cleaned every day, the material is good!
