★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gran Box, los coaches son de lo más profesionales, las clases son intensas pero los coaches dejan que lo hagas a tu ritmo. Te cuidan y te indican cómo hacer los ejercicios para no lastimarte.
It is a great Box, the coaches are very professional, the classes are intense but the coaches let you do it at your own pace. They take care of you and show you how to do the exercises so you don't get hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo en cualquier lugar, te hacen firmar una hoja de consentimiento en la que se deslindan de responsabilidad por cualquier accidente.
Sin embargo, algunos coaches en el gimnasio te hacen que te sobre exijas o realices ejercicios con un peso para el que no estás apto. Esto es contradictorio, pues te puedes lesionar fácilmente y eso no te lo van a pagar.
How in any place, they make you sign a consent form in which they disclaim responsibility for any accident.
However, some coaches in the gym make you overexert yourself or perform exercises with a weight you are not fit for. This is contradictory, because you can easily get injured and they will not pay you for that.
