★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy reducido y poco aseado, con personal ineficiente. Sólo tienen 2 cajeros automaticos y de ellos solo sirve 1 y se puede usar sólo has ta las 3 de la tarde, luego le ponen un cartelito que dice que "está en corte" y deberás formarte en la fila que siempre es numerosa. SI vas a aclaraciones te puedes tardar hasta 3 horas o incluso más.
 A very small and not very clean place, with inefficient staff. They only have 2 ATMs and of them only 1 serves and you can only use it until 3 in the afternoon, then they put a little sign on it that says "it is in court" and you will have to line up in the line that is always large. IF you go to clarifications it can take up to 3 hours or even more.

Los asesores son muy prepotentes y apenas les dices algo sobre tu problema y se ponen muy altaneros.
Entiendo que gente grosera se pare a decirles de cosas pero no tienen que ser así con todos.
Existimos gente que sabe lo que es respeto y que solo queremos que nos arreglen el problema.

The advisers are very pushy and you hardly tell them anything about your problem and they get very haughty.
I understand that rude people stop to tell you things but they don't have to be that way with everyone.
There are people who know what respect is and we just want the problem to be fixed for us.

Se tardan como 35-40 minutos por persona... Y siempre hay solo 1 persona atendiendo...
They are the slowest people in all the CFE service centers.
It takes about 35-40 minutes per person... And there is always only 1 person attending...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podría ponerle -5 estrellas, empezando por la poli que está en la entrada, no cumplen con los horarios y cierran antes a pesar de que hay gente esperando, bien fácil te dicen " me acaban de avisar que se cierra a las 15:00" cuando se supone que es a las 16:00. De la persona que está adentro- porque no puedo decir que "atiende" - escuché quejas de prepotencia, no sirve de nada tener una sucursal de CFE en ésta zona si las personas que deberían brindarte el servicio son incompetentes y no les gusta su trabajo.

I could give it -5 stars, starting with the police at the entrance, they don't keep to the schedule and they close earlier even though there are people waiting, they easily tell you "they just told me that it closes at 3:00 p.m." when it's supposed to be at 16:00. From the person who is inside - because I can't say that "he attends" - I heard complaints of arrogance, it is useless to have a CFE branch in this area if the people who should provide the service are incompetent and do not like their work.
