Pesimo servicio, los telefonos de atencion al cliente no contestan, y el 071 no contestan. Ademas CFE esta cobrando un excedente por ellos mismos en su sistema impulsando que se dispare el consumo de kws., al generar apagones, incremento., disminucion de energia afectando a los aparatos, y por lo tanto causando fatiga en los cables calentandolos. Y a las empresas, fabricas no les cobran lo que es A los empleados trabajadores y perros politicos del PRIPAN.., por ejemplo Rancho Fox..les cobra algo simbolico..u a sus trabajadores solo les cobra 46 pesos..a ellos si no hay incrementos. Y a los ciudadanos sin negocios en casa, si nos cobra el excedente.

De lo peorcito que tenemos en San Luis, sus cajeros automáticos no funcionan o funcionan parcialmente, no dan cambio o no dan recibo, para pagar con tarjeta el fin de mes pasado no funcionaban los cajeros externos en ninguna sucursal (en serio ninguna), pero eso si para cortar la luz a las 6:20 de la mañana muy cortada, cuando les pides solución ni por el 071 ni en la sucursal te apoyan, solamente se enojan y tratan mal a la gente, se les olvida que los usuarios pagamos el servicio y también su sueldo.... por supuesto que si no sirven sus mugreros de cajeros, es lógico que las personas reclamen, solo dicen que si no leemos el periódico (además nos tildan de ignorantes) que si no sabemos que esos problemas tienen muuuucho tiempo y no dependen de aquí sino de Tampico!!??... En pocas palabras, que no las molestemos y que pues ni modo porque que no hay nada que hacer...Q tal he?? El colmo... Ay si ya se ...Casi nos regalan la luz !! Aclaración: No le iba a poner ni una estrella pero si no la pones no puedes publicar...

Pésimo servicio. 5 oficinas de atención a clientes y solo una persona. Tiempos de espera terribles.
