★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por algunas coneciones no registradas causan apagones y está institución culpa a usuarios de la tercera edad que si pagan su consumo,y encima los an amenazado de dejarlos sin servicio si no patrullan para detectar esas tomas clandestinas,y creo que los usuarios no se consideran empleados de ésta comisión la cual cobra por la suministración eléctrica para los que sí pagan su consumo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, por más insistencia en el servicio, se hacen los desentendidos. Pero cuando te retrasas un día o haces algo indebido de inmediato llegan al lugar o salen con sus multas exageradas.
Terrible customer service, for more insistence on service, they are ignorant. But when you are one day late or do something improper they immediately hit the spot or walk away with their exaggerated fines.

En este lugar puedes realizar tus pagos de luz, yo manejo medidor con tarjeta por lo que hago los pagos en el cajero automático con tarjeta de la CFE, que pongo sobre el medidor da lectura y vengo a la CFE a pagar, después lonpongo sobre el medidor y listo, me ha funcionado muy bien y puedo pagarlo a cualquier hora.
