★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio otorgado por parte de una vieja gorda y mal encarada que te contesta muy prepotentemente y es una burocrata de lo peor, sin embargo la señorita que me atendió posteriormente fue mas amable y me brindo un mejor servicio, aún así considero que el servicio y las instalaciones de aquí son pésimas.
Terrible service given by an old fat and bad-faced woman who answers you very arrogant and is a bureaucrat of the worst, however the lady who attended me later was more friendly and gave me better service, even so I consider that the service and the facilities here are lousy.

TODAY, OCTOBER 30, 2020, I WAS UNFORTUNATE THAT MARIANA ATTENDED ME (I WAS IN CUBICLE 2), IS A PERSON WHO TOLD ME: "IF I ASK YOU 3 TIMES, THE SAME 3 TIMES THAT YOU SHOULD ANSWER ME" A RUDE PERSON, SHOULD NOT BE SERVING PEOPLE); I SAID: "IT IS CALLED A WATTHORÍMETRO" AND SHE ALTANERA ANSWERED ME: "IT IS CALLED A METER" ON TWO OCCASIONS, FROM THERE YOU NEED TRAINED PERSONNEL, NOT PEOPLE WITHOUT EDUCATION, I HOPE THEY WILL MOVE IT FROM PLACE OR TRAIN IT, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO LISTEN , INTERRUPT A LOT, I HAD TO GO WITH THE MANAGER RUIZ AND SHE KNEW ME TO TAKE CARE OF IT WELL. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno yo solo utilizo el cajero para pagar mi recibo cada mes y se me hace muy prácticos sus cajeros, hay que esforzarse un poco con el lector de barras pero siempre funciona, he pagado con tarjeta y también funciona muy bien , solo hay inconveniente los Lunes por qué se paran varias personas en los estacionamientos e impiden accesar.
Well, I only use the ATM to pay my receipt every month and their ATMs are very practical, you have to make an effort with the bar reader but it always works, I have paid with a card and it also works very well, there is only inconvenience on Mondays why several people stop in the parking lots and prevent access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no llegan los recibos de luz para pagar y; llevas el recibo anterior para pagar en el automático y no lee el código y no pueden cobrarte ni con el número de cuenta. Sí no puedes ir entre semana y pues según vas a el automático y no puedes pagar.
Terrible service, electricity bills do not arrive to pay and; You carry the previous receipt to pay in the automatic and it does not read the code and they cannot charge you even with the account number. If you cannot go during the week and then according to you go to the automatic and you cannot pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las dos señoras que están en escritorio una reverenda grosería. Te hacen regresar y piden documentos que ni al caso. Gente de la 3era edad regresando a formarse por que los rechazan. Eso es no tener moral. No tardas ni un minuto en lo que te dicen que no se puede y que hay que pedir permiso especial.
Fui al de Calzada de las Aguilas y ni un documento que llevaba era necesario.
Fue cusetion de 5 minutos en hacer el contrato.
De verdad, no recomiendo ni el trato, ni los servicios ahí ofrecidos.
Mejor date una vuelta a Las Aguilas.
The two ladies at the desk are a reverend rudeness. They make you return and ask for documents that are not the case. People of the third age returning to form because they reject them. That is not having morale. It doesn't take you a minute to tell you that you can't and that you have to ask for special permission.
I went to Calzada de las Aguilas and not even a document that I was carrying was necessary.
It was cusetion of 5 minutes to make the contract.
Really, I don't recommend neither the treatment nor the services offered there.
Better take a walk to Las Aguilas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piden requisitos que no están establecidos en ningún documento o en ninguna página de CFE y las personas que trabajan aquí no te atienden si no les das lo que ellos piden aunque no sea requisito.
They ask for requirements that are not established in any document or on any page of CFE and the people who work here do not attend to you if you do not give them what they ask for even if it is not a requirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De 4 CFEMático solo sirven dos . Ninguna persona ayudando a personas mayores que son los que regularmente necesitan de ayuda. Y con esto me pregunto de vrd necesitan un espacio tan grande para tan pocos trabajadores (a la vista son 2) ??
Con razón me llega la luz tan elevada.
Cuenta con Estacionamiento pero no cuenta con rampa así que con cuidadito y de ladito .
Of 4 CFAMáticos only serve two. No person helping older people who are the ones who regularly need help. And with this I wonder about vrd they need such a big space for so few workers (at sight are 2) ??
No wonder the light reaches me so high.
It has parking but it does not have a ramp, so be careful and use it.
