1) 2 días para re-connection luz (max 24 horas) después de pago recibo (falta un mes).
2) en oficina de CFE Polanco, una mujer que trabaja allá estaba muy agresiva y bruto se comportó de manera poco profesional e interrumpió todo el tiempo y no pudo responder preguntas directamente, es decir, no sabía la respuesta
3) perdió mucho comida y con 3 niños estábamos en stress 2 días, esto no es acceptable en 2022
I have a bad experience with CFE customer service:
1) 2 days to re-connect electricity (max 24 hours) after payment receipt (one month left).
2) in the CFE Polanco office, a woman who works there was very aggressive and rude, she behaved in an unprofessional manner and interrupted all the time and could not answer questions directly, that is, she did not know the answer
3) he lost a lot of food and with 3 children we were stressed for 2 days, this is not acceptable in 2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me siento triste, frustrada y molesta pues cuando llega mi turno, la señorita me habla rápido, con términos que no conozco, no se escucha por el cubrebocas, no puedes moverte ni un milímetro para escuchar y la información que me dió fue errónea e incompleta. Mi petición es, un poco de empatía, de paciencia y comprender que estoy haciendo un trámite y no quitándole el tiempo. Gracias!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son oficinas de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), casi no estan muy llenas y su atención es buena. Afortunadamente tienen 2 cajeros CFEmatico para pagar el recibo, hasta el policía es muy amable y te explica como usarlo. Ambos aceptan pago en efectivo pero solo un cajero acepta pagos con tarjetas.
No son muy grandes las oficinas por lo que parece solo atienden pocas personas a la vez, tiene rampa para acceso con silla de ruedas.
No hay estacionamiento propio, ya que las calles aledañas son con uso y pago del parquímetro. (Si vas en carro mejor ir a las cajas CFEmatico de Marina nacional)
They are offices of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), they are not very crowded and their attention is good. Fortunately they have 2 CFEMAtico ATMs to pay the receipt, even the policeman is very friendly and explains how to use it. Both accept cash payment but only one ATM accepts card payments.
The offices are not very large, so it seems that they only serve a few people at a time, it has a ramp for wheelchair access.
There is no own parking, since the surrounding streets are with the use and payment of the parking meter. (If you go by car, it is better to go to the CFEmatico boxes of Marina Nacional)
