★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es de lo mejor y el trato al cliente es muy seco, depende mucho de que servicio quieres realizar, si vas por una queja, olvida gran parte de tus planes, vas a durar un rato y más si se trata por pagos que no concuerden a tu consumo eléctrico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. En esta sucursal se inventan requisitos diferentes a los oficiales que la CFE propocionan via telefonica o que estan en el sitio web. Sus excusa es "pues en esta sucursal lo pedimos". Lo que pasa es que no quieren hacer su trabajo. Y todavia se burlan de ti en tu cara cuando les dices qué no son requistos oficiales.
Terrible service. In this branch different requirements are invented to the officers that the CFE provide via telephone or that are on the website. Their excuse is "because we ask for it at this branch". What happens is that they don't want to do their job. And they still make fun of you in your face when you tell them that they are not official requirements.
