Falta capacitación del personal, se la pasan en el celular revisando redes sociales... A pero cuando ven a alguien que si es importante (*de la misma empresa*) hasta avientan el celular y al cliente en 5 minutos lo quieren atender y de mala gana!!!!!
The service leaves a lot to be desired,
Lack of staff training, they spend it on the cell phone checking social networks ... A but when they see someone who is important (* from the same company *) they even throw the cell phone and the customer in 5 minutes they want to attend and reluctantly!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo reportando las fallas de luz en mi colonia loma real tres y cercas de la misma ,y ya van muchas veces que se apaga la luz fuera de las horas de trabajo , lo que me hace pensar que como es posible que pase tan seguido y esporeso que los aparatos eléctricos se descomponen, alimentos se hechan a perder junto la medicina especial que necesita refrigeración,y así sube el recibo de luz más alto, por favor realicen bien su trabajo o por lo menos tengan un equipo de trabajo nocturno para esas fallas por dios
I have reported the power failures in my neighborhood Loma Real Tres and close to it, and there are many times that the light goes out outside working hours, which makes me think that how it is possible that it happens so often and spores that electrical appliances break down, food spoils along with the special medicine that needs refrigeration, and thus the electricity bill rises higher, please do your job well or at least have a night work team for those failures by God
