★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy en desacuerdo que cierren el cajero a las 2:45 cuando su horario de atencion es a las 3:00 favor de cambiar el letrero que tienen en su puerta sino van a respetarlo es como el banco se cierra a las 4:00 en punto y ya despues los empleados se quedan a hacer sus cortes
I disagree that they close the cashier at 2:45 when their service hours are at 3:00 please change the sign they have on their doorstep but they will respect it is how the bank closes at 4:00 o'clock and afterwards the employees are left to make their cuts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio en cuitlahuac, el cierre en ese módulo es a las 15:00 hrs.y siempre cierran las rejas a las 14:30 hrs. Por que los señores trabajadores de ahí, quieren irse puntual a sus casas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Único cajero en Cuitláhuac, Ver., lo malo es el horario de pago... nada más es de 9 a.m. a 15 horas de lunes a viernes... si es cajero automático porqué cierran?
The only ATM in Cuitláhuac, Ver., The bad thing is the payment hours ... it is only 9 a.m. 15 hours from Monday to Friday ... if it is an ATM why do they close?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se merecen ninguna estrella. Pésimo servicio el trato del personal que atiende en oficina. Además de que nunca avisan con anterioridad que no tendrán servicio o que cerrarán antes del horario indicado. Algunas veces desde la 1 pm ya esta cerrado y no puedes hacer uso del cajero porque personal del Ipax no te deja.
They don't deserve any stars. Terrible service the treatment of the staff that attends the office. In addition to the fact that they never notify in advance that they will not have service or that they will close before the indicated time. Sometimes from 1 pm it's already closed and you can't use the ATM because Ipax staff won't let you.
