★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servício, se llevaron el medidor sin ninguna orden ni un motivo pues no se les debe nada. Fuimos a la sucursal que está por la Tampico Altamira y no nos resolvieron , solo dijeron que esperemos a que nos digan cuánto les tenemos que pagar por la reconexión, si no tienen motivos ni de dejarnos sin luz ni de cobrarnos una reconexión y mientras aquí sin energía eléctrica, aparte , al momento de cortarnos la luz se nos descompuso la PC.
 Very bad service, they took the meter without any order or reason because they are not owed anything. We went to the branch that is in Tampico Altamira and they did not solve us, they only said that we wait for them to tell us how much we have to pay for the reconnection, if they have no reason to leave us without electricity or to charge us a reconnection and while here without Electric power, aside, at the time of cutting off the power our PC broke down.

Hay personas que tienen que presentar clases y solo se la pasan cortando la luz, arreglen eso que no por nada se paga el recibo
