★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo creo k es como en todo, si vas con una mala actitud y con ganas de desquitarse con ellos xk es costumbre... Así te van a regresar el trato. A mí me a parecido k dan información concreta y no son las personas más atentas pero si son amables.
Lo k si falta yo creo k es mayor personal en los módulos de atención. En las otras áreas también son muy amables. De lo único que me quejaria es de las tarifas tan elevadas que se implementarán este año. Sobre todo de la poca información k se difundió para prepararse en el incremento de tarifas.
I think k is like everything else, if you go with a bad attitude and want to take it out on them xk is custom ... This way they will return the deal. It seemed to me that they give concrete information and they are not the most attentive people but they are friendly.
What is missing, I believe, is greater staff in the service modules. In the other areas they are also very friendly. The only thing I would complain about is the high rates that will be implemented this year. Especially of the little information k was disseminated to prepare for the rate increase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay varios cajeros pero solo funciona uno, es muy complicado estar ahí,aparte de largas filas y tiempo, y hay gente q necesita ayuda para esos cajeros y nadie les da una mano buuuu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El policía se porta súper grosero cuando le pides información, fuimos para lo de un cambio de medidor nos cobraron y dijeron que vendrían en el transcurso de la semana y no respondieron hasta el mes y eso por que fuimos a reclamar, muy mal servicio quitaron, los cajeros para los que solo iban a pagar desde el coche ahora te tienes que estacionar para pasar solo a pagar y luego su estacionamiento está muy chico se estacionan atrás de uno y a esperar a que venga a mover su auto el de atrás. Un caos
