Se entiende que por la pandemia NO quieran aglomeraciones dentro de sus instalaciones pero por fuera tienen a toda la gente en el sol haciendo fila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace más de 10 meses que inició la pandemia las personas que van a hacer trámites tienen que estar afuera expuestas a las inclemencias del tiempo hasta por más de una hora sin que hagan algo por tratar de solucionarlo. En las oficinas no permiten estar a nadie salvo las 2 o 3 personas que estén atendiendo, a pesar de que en ocasiones hay personas discapacitadas haciendo fila. Es esta una empresa de clase mundial?
For more than 10 months since the pandemic began, people who are going to do paperwork have to be outside exposed to inclement weather for up to an hour without doing anything to try to solve it. In the offices they do not allow anyone except the 2 or 3 people who are attending, despite the fact that sometimes there are disabled people lining up. Is this a world class company?

Solicité mi depósito en garantía 2 meses después me dan largas diciendo que la información no viaja en sistema.
